The lovely city of Brussels and partner ERTICO hosted the third 5G-DRIVE consortium meeting, which also included the first External Advisory Board (EAB) meeting.
The meeting took place from April 8-10, 2019, and over the course of the 2,5 days, partners had the opportunity to present the status of their work across all work packages.
Day 1 focused on providing an initial overview and progress of work in each work package, and plans for upcoming trials and deliverables.
Day 2 was reserved for the EAB meeting. WP leaders presented an overview of progress made and next steps, and had the opportunity to openly discuss with the EAB about their respective WP. Overall, it was a successful EAB meeting, which provided the project with food for thought and a number of recommendations. Our public thank you to the five EAB members that participated in the meeting.
Day 3 focused on group discussions related to the eMBB and V2X scenarios. Detailed discussions were held within the respective WP, focusing on the trialling efforts ahead.
The consortium will be meeting again soon as 5G-DRIVE will be having an interim review meeting next May.
